Once we came, we never left! Our granddaughter was 6 months old on our first visit and she turned 30 years old in November. We are still at Top O’ the Morn and loving every year!
My camping experience at Top O’ the Morn has been wonderful! I have spent seven summers there now and it feels like an extension of my home. I have made friends that I will cherish forever. I love the peace and quiet. I spend time reading and gardening while I am there. I also think the new owners are amazing! I thank God for Top O’ the Morn!!

I have been a seasonal camper at TOTM since our kids were 2 and 3. Now, they are 18 and 19 and still cannot wait to get back out there. Life would not be the same without Top O' the Morn or the friends that we've made there. It's the most beautiful, clean and friendly campground in the area and it offers beautiful Iron Lake for fishing, swimming and water sports. The four wheel and snowmobile trails are never-ending. Lake Superior is a hop and a skip away and there's so much to do! If you're not into water, Hayward is a short jaunt and the possibilities are endless! If you haven't been to Top O' the Morn Resort, you need to make it a plan! It's by far the BEST PLACE ON EARTH!
Top O’ the Morn Resort has been a family affair for many years for me. My parents and my aunt had been camping for years, and when it was time to “retire” from the campground, my brother and I took over their sites. I hope to carry on this family tradition to my son and grandsons since we all have had so many great memories here!
Our family ventured to Top O’ The Morn during the summer of 2014. What a wonderful campground! Scenic, family friendly, and so much to do, both at the campground and nearby with the gorgeous Apostle Islands within a short drive. The owners, Gregg and Kathleen, were so welcoming and helpful and admiring the beautiful view from the hill overlooking the lake was a great way to top off our experience. Cannot wait to return again!
My family started going to TOTM in 1990. My husband went up there to snowmobile in the winter. The family went up there in the summer and we have been "hooked" ever since then. We go at-least twice a year. The lake is beautiful. The campsites are clean and well maintained. The open air, the tall pines and star-filled sky are so breathtaking. Plus it is close to so many other places to see: Apostle Islands, Duluth, Lake Superior, Bayfield, just to name a few. We always have lots to do, but yet are so relaxed. The people at TOTM are wonderful. It is like a family. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. Our children grew up at TOTM and now our grandchildren are growing up at TOTM. We are very blessed to have a wonderful vacation spot to go to in Northern Wisconsin. Top O' the Morn is our favorite place!
